Some users are experiencing difficulties when trying to search any Ebsco database or the Search@XU.  Users are entering search terms into the search box and after they hit “search” they get the following screen:

A few things to try in order to fix this issue:

  1.  Clear your cache/cookies/history of your browser(s).  Logout and then back into your computer.(hit ctrl/shift/del together and you will be prompted to clear your browser cookies/cache/history

 

  1.  Try a different browser and see if that works.

 

  1.  Users need to reset and clean up the Chrome browser: (Settings>>Advanced>>Reset and clean up>>Restore settings to their original defaults)This step might help them to sort out this glitch.
