When I try to place an interlibrary loan request I receive the error message, "a system error occured." How do I fix this?

This is a known issue that can be fixed by clearing your internet browser's cookies and cache and then restarting your browser. To quickly clear your browser's cookies and cache, use the following keyboard shortcut:

Windows: Ctrl + Shift + Delete

Mac:  Command + Shift + Delete
