Your interlibrary loan username and password is the same one you use to access library databases and Canvas. If you are able to access these other resources, first try logging in to your interlibrary loan account using a different internet browser.
Next, try clearing your cache and cookies and then restarting your browser. Quickly clear your browser's cookies and cache use the following keyboard shortcut:
Windows: Ctrl + Shift + Delete
Mac: Command + Shift + Delete
